We are excited to announce Erin Salfen has joined our Education Law and Labor & Employment groups.
Erin is an experienced litigator and general counsel who handles a wide range of civil litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes such as breach of contract, partnership disagreements, unfair competition, and other corporate conflicts. She has secured significant victories for her clients, including summary judgment in a multi-million-dollar investor lawsuit, defense verdicts in real estate and construction cases, and dismissals in discrimination, trucking, premises liability, insurance coverage, and class-action matters.
In her labor and employment practice, she has successfully defended clients against claims of race, sex, age, disability discrimination, and retaliation, while also advising on employment policies, performance management, and employee handbooks. Erin regularly counsels and presents on compliance, internal investigations, contract best practices, data privacy, and evolving employment laws.
She previously served as a partner at a large national law firm and as a Staff Attorney to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and began her career in broadcast journalism and corporate communications.
