We are pleased to announce Meredith P. Mulhern has joined the firm’s Education Law Group and Labor & Employment Law Group.
Meredith focuses her practice on education and employment law. Meredith assists school districts in navigating challenges associated with Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 compliance, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA). Title IX, Title VII, Title XI, student discipline, and board governance matters. Meredith works diligently with clients to produce favorable outcomes in Due Process Complaints and other investigations.
