Sarah W. Rubenstein has joined the Firm’s Business and Corporate Practice Group

Sarah RubensteinMickes Goldman O’Toole, LLC is pleased to announce that Sarah W. Rubenstein has joined the firm effective September 1, 2010. Sarah brings thirteen years of business litigation experience to the firm, enabling the firm to expand its business litigation practice. Sarah received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Amherst College in 1992, and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 19971, where she was a staff member of The University of Chicago Latin School Roundtable.

She began her legal career at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, LLP, also worked as the Staff Attorney at the Interdisciplinary Environmental Clinic at Washington University School of Law, was Of Counsel with Schultz & Associates LLP, and was Of Counsel with Devereux Murphy LLC which later evolved into Sher Corwin LLC. Sarah’s practice has involved all aspects of civil and business litigation, and she has additional background and experience in environmental law and litigation.

Sarah is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, as well as all area federal courts. At Mickes Goldman O’Toole, Sarah will be available to provide all types of civil litigation services to clients, as well as environmental litigation and compliance services.
