Launching Fall 2025 | A New Training Initiative from Mickes O’Toole

Beginning in the 2025–2026 school year, we are proud to introduce the Education Law Leadership Series—a new, in-depth legal training program designed specifically for Missouri K–12 administrators and school personnel.

The series is divided into four focus areas, each addressing one of the most high-impact aspects of school operations:

  • Human Resources
  • Building Administration
  • Student Services
  • District Operations & Business/Facilities

Each focus area includes three separate 90-minute training sessions, offering practical guidance, real-life scenarios, customizable templates, and expert legal insight to help you lead with confidence and reduce risk.

The law is complex. Leadership is personal. This series supports both—so you can lead by example, every step of the way.
