Jasmine Yasar McCormick is a versatile litigator who represents businesses and public entities in a wide variety of commercial and employment disputes from inception through appeal before the state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration forums. Jasmine manages complex civil litigation, including defending class actions, multi-party litigation, and large-scale e-discovery projects. Jasmine also has extensive experience enforcing, defending, and drafting restrictive covenants, including non-competes, non-solicitations, non-disclosures, intellectual property, and confidentiality agreements.

In addition to her litigation practice, Jasmine advises firms and individuals in the financial services industry. Jasmine drafts, negotiates, and litigates employment agreements, asset purchase agreements, restrictive covenants, and retirement/succession programs for broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, wealth management firms, and financial planners.

In law school, Jasmine interned in the Litigation Division of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Jasmine also acted as a mediator for the Better Business Bureau and served as a Staff Editor for the Jurisprudence Law Review.
