Jennifer Hansen focuses her practice on education law and labor and employment matters, advising school districts on day-to-day operations, human resources, compliance, labor relations, and all stages of the employee lifecycle. Before joining Mickes O’Toole, she served as chief human resources officer for two large St. Louis–area school districts. She previously practiced as a litigator at a large St. Louis firm and as a solo practitioner representing small and mid-sized businesses, and she is committed to providing thoughtful, student-focused counsel to her clients.
