Jasmine Y. McCormick and Shawn M. McLain have both been named Partner.

Jasmine is a versatile litigator representing businesses and public entities in a variety of commercial and employment disputes. She has successfully managed complex civil litigation, including class actions and multi-party cases, and brings a wealth of experience in restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements. Jasmine’s strategic approach to litigation and her ability to navigate multifaceted legal issues have earned her recognition as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine for Missouri and Kansas from 2020 through 2023. She has also been named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for the past three years. Shawn focuses his practice on education law, particularly Special Education law, litigation, and labor and employment law.
