Vince Reese & Russell Riggan will be presenting a the 2019 Annual Labor & Employment Symposium on, “Arbitration & Restricted Covenants.” The symposium will be November 8, 2019 at the Holiday Inn St. Louis – Downtown Convention Center.
This panel will discuss some of the recent developments regarding the enforceability of mandatory arbitration agreements in Missouri Courts. It will also look at some of the practical issues associated with resolving employment matters by arbitration. Finally, the panel will look at how some recent decisions regarding the enforceability of arbitration agreements may also impact the potential enforceability of certain post-employment restrictive covenants.
