By marrying analysis of Missouri compliance standards with key Missouri and federal case law, this seminar will provide the answers to your toughest special education questions. From child find to discipline, the process of making solid decisions and developing legally compliant IEPs for our students will be examined. This seminar will provide participants an opportunity to look at a wide array of topics through both compliance and legal lenses, so that districts can develop effective and compliant special education practices.
