Mickes Goldman O’Toole is pleased to announce that Sarah W. Rubenstein has become a Member with the firm as of August 1, 2015.
Sarah’s practice is primarily focused on representing businesses, school districts and universities in civil litigation matters. Sarah has advised and represented clients in many areas, including contract disputes, real estate and title disputes, personal injury and medical malpractice cases, intellectual property matters, class action proceedings, franchise disputes, toxic torts and environmental property damage cases, and insurance claim and coverage cases.
Sarah also has a subspecialty in environmental law and litigation. She has experience with Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act citizen suits and permit proceedings, has assisted clients with Superfund waste cleanup and cost-recovery actions, and has both pursued and defended benzene and other toxic tort cases.
