Natalie Hoernschemeyer and Grant Wiens will be presenting at the MoASBO 2022 Spring Conference. The new policies and regulations under Title IX have been in place for a little over a year. Many school districts across the state now have first-hand knowledge of the increased complexities of the new Title IX regulations. In this session, we will discuss the added extra responsibilities for employees charged with implementing Title IX and provide guidance on how to monitor compliance, evaluate complaints, conduct investigations, enforce disciplinary actions, and maintain proper documentation.
