Practice Group

The Mickes O’Toole Civil Rights Practice Group has investigated hundreds of claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, including claims of sexual violence. We are the only Civil Rights Practice Group in Missouri that includes a former Chief Attorney of the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights.

Our attorneys have presented for the Consortium for Title IX and Equity Officers in Higher Education and the Missouri Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators.

In the past 2 years, our Civil Rights Practice Group has trained over 200 Title IX Compliance Officers.
