Ashley Wicks concentrates her practice on labor and employment, and education law. In her representation of individuals, government entities, and school districts, Ashley prioritizes her clients through quality communication and thorough work product. She has represented clients in state and federal courts in various matters pertaining to alleged Constitutional violations, violations of Title VII, the Missouri Human Rights Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act amongst others.

Ashley attended the University of Arkansas where she graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Anthropology. During her time in Arkansas, Ashley cheered on the Razorbacks at home football and basketball games while representing the University as a Razorback Majorette. This experience, coupled with her lifetime experience as both an active twirler and now a coach, has led her down a path of respect and passion for the world of education and mentorship.

In 2023, Ashley graduated from St. Louis University School of Law with her Juris Doctorate. Shortly thereafter, she joined the Missouri Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Division and then the Employment Trial Section.

During her time as an Assistant Attorney General, Ashley vigorously defended the State of Missouri and its agencies from class actions, civil rights, personal injury, employment, and other civil actions. She handled all stages of the litigation process, comprising pretrial practice (including extensive discovery and motion practice), trial, and appeals.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and puppy, Theo. Additionally, she enjoys listening to music, the holiday season, and spending time with loved ones.
