Bo is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. Bo’s undergraduate degree is from St. Louis University, where he obtained degrees in both Personnel and Industrial Relations and Finance.
While at St. Louis University, Bo played on its Division I baseball team.
Bo has represented school districts in administrative proceedings and in both state and federal court. He has extensive experience in representing clients in IDEA proceedings, discrimination investigations by the OCR, EEOC and the MCHR, in workers’ compensation hearings, and in other school-related matters.
