Wayne Michael Jordan III focuses his practice on labor & employment and education law. He primarily represents government entities and school districts.

Wayne attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City (UMKC) where he completed his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Juris Doctorate, and Master of Business Administration. During his time at UMKC, Wayne served as Honor Court Student Prosecutor, Business Law Association President, and was heavily involved in the Black Law Students’ Association.

In 2022, Wayne joined the Missouri Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General in the Labor Division. There he defended the State’s workers’ compensation insurer CARO and the Second Injury Fund while prosecuting charges of fraud and non-compliance on behalf of the State. After the Attorney General’s Office, Wayne joined a private law firm where he primarily represented the public entities of Missouri in general civil litigation including § 1983 civil rights, personal injury, and employment litigation among others.

In his free time, Wayne enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially when he gets to cheer on his Kansas City Chiefs. He also enjoys bowling as his not-so-secret hobby.
