Areas of Practice:

Greg focuses his practice on representing individuals, businesses and governmental entities in all aspects of high-risk litigation and administrative proceedings throughout the United States. Greg has extensive experience defending clients in constitutional tort claims alleging due process violations and state court actions against construction companies, trucking companies, product manufacturers and land possessors. Greg has also successfully defended various healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, psychiatrists and psychologists, in medical malpractice actions and administrative board complaints. Greg’s litigation experience also allows him to counsel corporate clients, particularly small businesses, on the best practices to avoid future litigation and administrative complaints.

Greg also practices in the areas of Education Law, Labor & Employment Law, Business/Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, Construction Law, Transportation Law, Medical Malpractice & Healthcare, Personal Injury & Property Damage and Product Liability.

As a native St. Louisan, Greg is invested in serving the community and applying his unique knowledge of the local judicial system to develop a personalized strategy for each client based on the client’s individual needs and communicated goals.

When Greg is not serving clients, he enjoys golfing, watching Mizzou football, and spending time with his wife and three young children.
