Julie A. Simaytis

Julie specializes in general civil litigation, dedicating her career to representing clients across a broad spectrum of litigation matters in both state and federal courts. She has represented a wide variety of clients, including railroads, equipment manufacturers, janitorial services companies, trucking companies, and healthcare providers, in every phase of litigation. Her litigation experience encompasses everything from initial incident investigations to negotiating settlements or engaging in trial proceedings.

Prior to practicing law, Julie worked as a Registered Nurse in Missouri and Illinois. In her various nursing roles, including Director of Nursing, Quality Management Coordinator, and Regional Nurse Manager, she managed the provision of services to people residing in skilled nursing and residential care facilities, including development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

When not working on behalf of clients, Julie spends her time with her family, friends, and dog, preferably involved in outdoor activities – hiking, music festivals, wineries, camping, and boating.
