Shane P. Haley

Shane Haley concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate law, and banking and finance law as an associate in the firm’s Business and Corporate Group.  In his banking and finance practice, Shane has experience with document review and drafting, regulatory compliance, foreclosures, lending transactions, and loan enforcement. Shane’s real estate and business experience includes commercial lease negotiation and drafting, purchase and sale of real estate, resolving business disputes and commercial matters, and facilitating smooth transactions for clients.

Shane graduated from Lindenwood University with a degree in business administration and management. Prior to law school, Shane worked for a global leader in commercial real estate services and gained expertise leasing and managing multi-family investment properties in the St. Louis area. Before graduating law school, Shane attained his master’s in business administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

During his time at St. Louis University School of Law, Shane clerked for a St. Louis area law firm, interned with the legal department of a national design and manufacturing firm, and gained contract expertise working with a multinational energy company.
