Areas of Practice:

Heather Igoe practices in the areas of education law, labor and employment law, and litigation. Heather has significant experience defending and evaluating cases on behalf of school districts, local governmental entities, and businesses. Prior to joining the firm, Heather worked for an education law firm and practiced civil litigation with a focus on insurance and employment defense.

Heather graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law with honors. During law school, Heather served as a law clerk for the Missouri Attorney General’s office in St. Louis, Missouri. Heather was a member of the University of Illinois’ Civil Rights Clinic, in which she litigated a Section 1983 civil rights claim and represented her client in a federal jury trial.
